The story takes place in small in easten Turkey in 1974. Goverment officers bring a television is. Some say, it will make distances closer, some say it is an invention of devil and according to what ohter say: It is just a type of cinema ! And the discussion goes on.. Beyond all these there is a mojor problem: How will they make it work? And, the mojor of the town, Nazmi Doan and radio repairer Emin, (most of the people call him Crazy Emin), become the leading charactes of this television of this television or Vizontele advanture, which causes conficts and contradictincs in this small town.
